    Beach House

Clad in sustainably-sourced timber, this custom built home is located on the Esplanade in a stunning Fleurieu Peninsula location.

The home shelters beneath the branches of an immense Norfolk Island pine tree, which has stood on the site for decades, bringing a sense of time and place to the new build.

Imagined by Mornington Peninsula architect Richard Joubert with interiors in collaboration with One Rundle Trading Co, the home is a welcoming sanctuary with spectacular sea views that celebrates the natural beauty of its site and nods to both coastal and rural elements. Built to withstand the sometimes harsh beachfront elements, special consideration was given to utilising the best quality fixings and finishes throughout.
